Calling rising 7th and 8th graders interested in robotics, neuroscience, and programming! At Square One Maker Camp: Mind and Machine, we will dive into the world of robotics, computer science, neuroscience, and the ways in which they connect to form the future of technology! NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH PROGRAMMING OR ROBOTICS IS REQUIRED. At our FREE 5-day camp, you can expect to play with robots, learn some programming, see how the brain controls the body with electricity, meet real UC Davis researchers, and make friends!
Snacks and lunch will be provided each day for campers. On Wednesdays, campers will ride YoloBus with camp staff (from the library and UC Davis) to UC Davis to tour the lab and see camp principles in action!
